TicketPlus acts as an official ticketing platform on behalf of event organizers and promoters.

By purchasing a ticket, you enter into a binding agreement with TicketPlus and the respective event organizer.

TicketPlus reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Ticket Purchase & Payment

All sales are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or refunded.

Payments must be completed via the payment methods provided (credit/debit card, bank transfer, mobile money, etc.).

Tickets remain the property of the event organizer until full payment is received.
No Refund Policy

In case of event cancellation, tickets will remain valid for rescheduled date or future event organized by the same promoter.

No refund will be issued under any circumstances
Ticket Validity & Entry

Each ticket is valid for one entry only.

Tickets are issued electronically with a unique QR CODE.

Any attempt to duplicate, resell, or forge a ticket will result in invalidation without refund.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry if the ticket appears tampered with or already scanned.
Event Changes

The event organizer reserves the right to change the event program, line up, date, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.

Ticketplus woll not be liable for such changes but will notify ticket holders promptly
Liability Disclaimer

Attendance at events is at your own risk.

TicketPlus are not responsible for any injury, illness, accident, property damage, or other incidents that occur at or during the event.
Data Protection

By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purpose of processing your order and providing event updates.

TicketPlus respects your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Mauritius.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
